Ploy provides this site’s platform and native measurement of page visits, sessions and clicks. Visitor enrichment is disabled. Ploy’s forwarding to Google Ads remains inactive; Google Analytics 4 and Meta integrations remain unconfigured. A separate, consent-based Google Ads tag measures received enquiries and email or telephone link clicks. The enquiry form uses Ploy’s native form service.

Cookies are small files that a website can place on a device. Other technologies may store or access device information or process technical visit information. This page explains the current setup; it does not control platform tracking. We do not claim that this site is cookie-free or that all measurement is exempt from consent requirements.

Ploy support has confirmed that native analytics runs irrespective of visitor banner choices and that no per-site off switch is currently available. Its consent API controls forwarded tags, not its own collection. This page and our Privacy Notice are not an opt-out from Ploy analytics. We do not call native analytics strictly necessary or infer a consent exemption from this platform limitation.

To ask a privacy question or object to processing, email contact@westminsterpartners.co.uk. That route is for a request to the operator; sending an email does not immediately disable collection. We cannot promise that clearing cookies, changing browser cookie settings, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control switches native Ploy analytics off.

Visitor enrichment remains disabled independently of website privacy notices and browser signals. Ploy support confirms that banner choices, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not currently gate identity matching and that no company-only identification mode exists. We have not enabled enrichment or changed identification settings.

Our Google Ads tag does not load before you choose Accept measurement. Rejecting or continuing to browse leaves it off. After acceptance, Google may set advertising cookies and receive technical visit data and advertising click identifiers to connect an ad interaction with a conversion. Advertising personalisation and enhanced conversions are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry text in conversion events.

We save your choice in a versioned local-storage item, wmp_legal_advertising_choice_v1, for up to 180 days. This item stores the choice and its timestamps, not your contact details or enquiry. We do not restore permission from older advertising-choice items. Unavailable, invalid or expired preference storage cannot grant measurement permission. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep our optional Google measurement off.

Open Measurement preferences in the footer to accept or reject measurement later. Withdrawing stops new conversion events and reloads the page to unload the Google tag. Save any unfinished enquiry first. We clear known first-party Google advertising cookies where the browser permits. Information already sent cannot be recalled. If your browser cannot save rejection, measurement stays off for that visit and we show a warning.

Google’s advertising cookies can include names beginning _gcl_. Google controls its own retention and processing, and browser controls may restrict storage. Read Google’s explanation of cookies and Google’s privacy policy. We do not claim that one preference removes all stored data from earlier visits or other websites.

This choice controls our optional Google Ads measurement only. It does not disable native Ploy analytics, website delivery or an embedded YouTube player you select with Play. See the Privacy notice for the separate processing activities and your rights.

Loading the website involves requests for pages and resources and can involve hosting and security processing. The Westminster crest and video posters are served by this website. The homepage and Firm & People page contain embedded YouTube players that load only after Play. Links to publications, profiles and AI Founders Connect lead to external websites.

If you follow an external link, that website's own information-handling arrangements apply. Email and telephone links open your selected service, whose own terms and privacy information also apply. Browser controls can manage some stored website data but do not necessarily prevent server-side processing.

Playing this video connects to YouTube. That disclosure appears beside each Play control. Selecting Play loads YouTube's player and can send technical information such as your IP address, device information and playback interactions to the provider. Pausing or closing the player does not recall information already sent. Read Google's privacy policy for provider information.

Our Privacy notice identifies Alderwick & Co. LLC as the operator and explains enquiry handling, purposes and legal bases, providers, international handling, retention criteria, rights and the ICO complaint route. Ploy's privacy policy gives provider information; it is not a site-specific assurance of compliance or a substitute for this notice.

We will update this page if the site's technologies or effective controls change. Merely continuing to browse does not constitute consent. This page does not claim that notice alone resolves any consent or objection requirement.
